As a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in pre/postpartum fitness and pelvic floor coaching, I help women of all ages restore their cores, stop leaking, reverse prolapse, increase sexual pleasure, AND conquer strength training.

As a coach, my approach is deeply shaped by my personal battle with pelvic floor dysfunction. Coaching programs are anywhere from 4-12 months long and include the following:
• Full Personal Assessment: Before we begin, you'll undergo a thorough assessment to evaluate your skill level, health concerns, overall fitness goals, and any specific needs. This allows us to tailor the program to fit you perfectly, ensuring that it aligns with both your personal goals AND physical capabilities.
• 24/7 Access to Our App: You'll have round-the-clock access to my exclusive (and totally free to you!) fitness app. This tool is an essential part of your journey, offering easy access to your carefully developed workout plans, progress & macro tracking, thousands of training videos, and other resources. Plus, you can message me directly through the app at ANY time – consider it your direct line to personalized support.
• Weekly Check-Ins for Result Tracking: Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals. That’s why we have weekly check-ins. These check-ins are designed to track your results, hold you accountable, and ensure you’re on the right path to reaching your goals.
• Monthly Video Calls (Optional): For those who wish to delve deeper, we offer optional (included!) monthly video calls. These are highly recommended and provide opportunities to discuss your performance over the course of the month, address any challenges you're facing, and make any necessary modifications to your program.
